I understand that choosing a therapist you can connect with is not easy. I will answer any questions you may have about my work and explain the therapy process in a way that will support you to make a choice. I work on short and long-term basis.

Sessions are delivered using the Merge of Compassionate Enquiry & Holding, Creative Psycho education, Emotional Anatomy, Bodywork and Trauma Informed facilitation. I offer short and long-term sessions.
